I had an incredible stay with breathtaking views and clean rooms. The hotel facilities and leisure activities were top notch. The staff, from front desk to restaurant, were hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast options were delicious and varied.

The location of the resort was amazing with breathtaking views. The food was delicious and the staff were hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The added leisure activities were a great bonus and we enjoyed trying out the rope cycling.

The service could have been better, with room service sometimes taking a while to respond to requests. The lack of sustainability efforts was also disappointing, with plastic bottles and packaging being used excessively.

The ambiance and location of this hotel are simply breathtaking. the exclusive amenities provided here cater to luxurious needs and have been fulfilled to perfection. From the Spa & wellness centre to the outdoor swimming pool, this hotel has left no stone unturned in providing a lavish experience. the charming garden area and impeccable room advantages make for an unforgettable stay.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of information during check, in. While the hospitality of the staff was top, notch, there was no proper welcoming session to inform us of the exclusive facilities and services available at the hotel.

The beauty of the property just took my breath away! It had a stunning location that had an eye-catching view of the surroundings. the staff was very hospitable and the food was delicious. the best aspect was the wide variety of leisure activities available, especially the rope cycling that was my personal favorite.

That the property was away from the main town and there wasn't any proper provision for driver's food or accommodation. the liquor license was yet to be obtained, and the hotel didn't serve alcoholic beverages.

As with many luxury hotels, there is excessive use of plastic in the hotel's services, including bottled water and room service items being wrapped in plastic.
